A solid mechanician doing solid research work
I am currently an assistant professor in the Mechanical & Industrial Engineering Department at New Jersey Institute of Technology. My research interest resides in designing more mechanically resilient materials and structures for aerospace and energy applications and enabling more socioresilient utilization of these materials throughout their life cycles. Concurrently with this major research thrust, I am committed to constructing a machine learning-enabled open-access platform for materials characterization. (CV)
